Interact provides capacity-building support to key Macroregional Strategy (MRS) stakeholders, particularly MRS support units, and facilitates MRS monitoring and evaluation. The central focus of this service is to capture evidence of macro-regional work and its impact.

This capacity building aims to enhance the capabilities of MRS support units in improving MRS monitoring and evaluation systems, especially operational and impact evaluations. The M&E factory develops a general theory of change model for MRS and provides guidance on effective evaluation planning.
