Description: The evaluation of the Interreg cooperation programme AT-HU addresses the following aspects:
– evaluation of the efficiency of the programme`s structures and processes;
– evaluation of the programme communication strategy;
– evaluation of the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of the programme (im-pact evaluation).
The evaluation is based on a theory based approach. Data collection methodologies are desk research, interviews and an online-survey. The analysis will be based on conceptual models using process mapping, critical path analysis and compares processes with the previous programming period.
