Christine is highly proficient in large-scale development project planning and management, and her career includes extensive collaboration with ministries, regional authorities, and the European Commission.
She has authored numerous evaluation studies, possessing deep knowledge across the full spectrum of EU funding programming, monitoring, and evaluation, spanning all periods from 1999 to 2028.
Christine holds degrees in landscape ecology and an MBA in economics, and she is a native German speaker, fluent in English and Spanish.

Angelos Sanopoulos brings over 25 years of EU programme and evaluation expertise. He has worked in several assignments providing technical assistance, strategic environmental assessment of programmes, and programme evaluation.
He provides hands-on data research, policy, planning, monitoring, and evaluation for EU structural funds. In the last ten years he has been Team Leader of the FAMENET support unit, providing the European Commission (DG MARE) with expertise in monitoring and evaluation of the EU fisheries funds at the Union and the Member States level.
Angelos lectures since 2012 at Vienna University of Technology on the topic of systemic impact evaluation.He holds MScs in Urban/Regional Planning, Geo-Information, and Environmental Planning.
He’s fluent in English, German, and Greek; with basic Bulgarian, Italian, and Spanish.

Filip is highly proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including Theory of Change and impact analysis, essential for the monitoring and evaluation of the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF).
