Description: Support in the programme preparation

– development of the socio economic analysis,
– elaboration of the SWOT, challenges and needs,
– development of the strategy and the intervention logic,
– support in selecting the specific objectives, types of actions, and indicators,
– target setting of output and result indicators,
– support in budget allocation and
– facilitation of the communication between stakeholders.
