Support was provided to the Department of Central Research Laboratories at the Natural History Museum Vienna in developing a strategic plan. M&E experts facilitated two workshops to identify SWOTs, define key objectives, and develop relevant measures. The primary focus was on assisting the department in navigating a leadership transition and establishing a shared understanding of its mission statement, encompassing the diverse research activities and focal areas within the department.
