Evaluation of EU Grant Projects of ODIMM

Description: The direct grant scheme programme was implemented by ODIMM between 2018 and 2021. After the implementation of the direct grant was finalised, a final evaluation was conducted of the effectiveness, efficiency and impact achieved by the grant projects. The evaluation was conducted between November 2021 and February 2022 through interviews, surveys and desk research. Apart from the evaluation we supported ODIMM in preparing a monitoring and evaluation system for the whole organisation.
