Working paper to support the development of evaluation plans in the Member States

Description: In accordance with Article 44 of the CPR, each Member State shall draw up an evaluation plan for each ESIF Programme. The evaluation plan plays a key role in ensuring the implementation of quality evaluations as well as their effective use by the Member States or managing authority to enable informed programme management and policy decisions on the basis of evaluation findings. We developed a working paper for the DG MARE support Unit FAMENET to support the Member States in developing such a evaluation plan.
