Description: Support to DG MARE on the evaluation of the Operational Programmes of the EMFF according to the CMES Guidance in the Framework of the Fisheries and Aquaculture Monitoring and Evaluation Support Unit. Tasks include the development of evaluation methodology, provision of trainings to Desk Officers, development of evaluation capacity through the EU, elaboration of the guidelines for the programming period 2014-2020, support to the Impact Assessment for the post-2020 period etc. Thematic Fields are Fisheries, Aquaculture, Environmental Monitoring, CLLD and local development of rural and coastal areas, processing and marketing and maritime surveillance as well as the cross cutting objectives of innovation, sustainability, climate change mitigation and adaptation and equality.

Support to DG MARE and the MS in the preparation of the future programming phase 2021-2028.
