Description: The multiannual TESIM project provides technical support to the implementation and management of the 15 ENI CBC Programmes. M&E Factory provides one environmental short term expert. His tasks include review of the CBC strategies on environment-related issues, implementation of field surveys, results assessment and drafting of thematic fact sheets.
