Evaluation of the results of the Moldovian SME-Strategy  2012-2020

Description: The SME-Strategy was subject of an impact evaluation which was part of the technical assistance project focussing on creation of a more enabling rural business environment. The support of SMEs in rural areas was achieved by strengthening the involved bodies and state organisations leading to improved access for rural SMEs to the means and services for business development. The purpose of this evaluation was to provide the Government and particularly the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure (MEI) with a technical and professional assessment of results, achievements, key challenges and lessons learnt from the implementation of the Strategy.
