Preparation of the 2021-2027 IPA III CBC programme document for the cross-border region Montenegro–Kosovo

Description: M&E Factory experts prepared the situation analysis of the programme area; the programme strategy, intervention logic and programme indicators. Throughout a one year process the experts guided the programming group towards various meetings and facilitated the decision-making process on the final programme.
