Monitoring system of the new SME development strategy of Moldova

Description: The agency ODA for SME development of Moldova requires an assessment methodology for its new SME development strategy. The SDP assessment methodology should help ODA to assess and manage performances of the SDP implementation. This monitoring system should help to overcome the current way of collecting data and should increase efficiency and systematic data collection. Recent evaluations revealed the weakness of the current monitoring system. The new system should be integrated in the internal Management Information System and provides standardised indicators for all programmes and interventions of ODA.
